Yes, dogs are welcome to join you upstairs; however, we kindly ask that they stay off the beds to help us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests.
Is the garden fully enclosed so our dog can’t escape?
Absolutely. The garden is securely fenced with 6-foot high fencing and features a covered patio area—perfect for keeping your dog safe and sheltered from sun or rain.
What type of EV charger do you have, and how is charging billed?
We offer a 7kW electric vehicle charger on-site for each property. Electricity is charged at the current rate plus a small service fee, which will be invoiced separately during your stay.
How close is the nearest beach?
You’re within easy reach of several beautiful beaches: Little Haven and Broad Haven are about 8 miles away, while Newgale is just 9 miles from The Long Barn.
Can you walk to local facilities from the barn?
Yes! Around half a mile up the lane you’ll find a local shop, butcher, Chinese takeaway, fish & chip shop, and a garage. Another half mile brings you to a retail park with Costa Coffee, Marks & Spencer, Boots, Next, and TK Maxx. Heading the opposite way leads you to Morrisons, Lidl, Aldi, and the town centre.
Can groceries be delivered to the barn?
Yes, grocery delivery is available from Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, and Iceland. We recommend scheduling deliveries for after your arrival for a smooth check-in.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm onwards. Check-out is by 10:00 am to allow us to prepare the barn for the next guests.
Yes, there is private parking available for guests at The Long Barn.There is space for 2 cars at each property, with extra parking available on request.
Do you provide bed linen and towels?
Yes, all bed linens and towels are provided for your stay.You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Is the property suitable for children?
Absolutely! We provide a travel cot, high chair, changing mat, baby toilet seat, stairgate, and a selection of games and books to keep them entertained.
Are there any restrictions on smoking or parties?
Smoking / vaping is not permitted inside the barn. We also ask guests to respect the property and neighbours. We do not allow parties or events. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8 am, so as not to spoil other guests' enjoyment.
