A PERFECT HOLIDAY FOR YOUR DOG
Peaceful Setting
Whether it’s morning walks through the woods, a paddle in the stream, or a lazy afternoon lying by your feet while you picnic beside the pond, this is a place where dogs can truly enjoy the great outdoors. The wide-open fields offer plenty of space to stretch their legs and play, while the peaceful setting means they can do so safely and calmly, away from lots of noise.
Cosy Dog House
We’ve made sure that everything you might need is thought of, from an outdoor hot and cold dog shower to rinse off muddy or sandy paws, to soft towels and blankets and homemade treats to welcome them on arrival. There’s even a cosy dog house should they need a quiet spot to curl up. The fully enclosed six foot high fenced garden area provides a covered BBQ area, which is perfect to protect your dogs from the heat or rain. Dogs are not allowed on the beds, but they are welcome upstairs with you.
beautiful dog-friendly walks in Pembrokeshire
Pembrokeshire is a paradise for walkers and their dogs, with countless stunning routes to explore together. Many sections of the famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path offer breathtaking views of the coastline and can be enjoyed as part of circular walks that end with a well-deserved pub lunch. With so many varied walks to choose from, Pembrokeshire offers unforgettable adventures for you and your furry friends.
One of our favourite circular walks is around the Stackpole Estate, which takes you past the beautiful Barafundle and Broad Haven South beaches, as well as the tranquil lily ponds - where you might even spot an otter if you’re lucky. For a shorter, relaxing stroll, Solva Harbour is a delightful choice. After your walk, you can stop at a local café to enjoy a drink or lunch while watching people crabbing from the harbour or taking a refreshing dip when the tide is in.

dog friendly beaches in Pembrokeshire
Pembrokeshire’s stunning coastline is dotted with numerous beautiful beaches, many of which welcome dogs all year round. However, some have seasonal restrictions to protect wildlife or for safety during busy summer months. Here are some of our favourites:
Broad Haven South - Spacious award-winning beach where dogs are allowed all year round; ideal for paddling and rock pooling.
Marloes - Dogs welcome year-round; a National trust owned golden expanse of sands and close to the fantastic Runwayskiln cafe.
Newgale Beach - a 2 mile long sandy beach popular with surfers and walkers; dog restrictions in central section May to September.
Tenby South Beach - long stretch of sands over-looking Caldey island, perfect for families and close to all the town’s facilities. Dog restrictions under the cliffs May to September.
